'The Balcony view was beautiful looking out to the water, the room was clean and spacious with sink, microwave, fridge. Parking available. Pub and restaurant next door. Staff were helpful. Complimentary croissants for breakfast from local bakery. The shops were at your doorstep from coffee shops, restaurants, gifts, clothes, furniture, art and craft. '

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'The staff was really friendly upon our arrival despite it being really late. We had booked connecting rooms and got locked out of one of them, but the staff was helpful to help us open the door. The rooms are pretty cozy and spacious, and bathrooms are pretty big. Easy too given there is onsite parking. Overall a very comfortable stay! '
