'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'The property was easy to find. Belinda was very helpful in arranging for a late check in. The room and bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu presented a good variety of choices… had the Wilde’s Breakfast two mornings in a row… served nice and fresh. The secured underground parking has a lot of car spaces… comfortably spacious… easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended… we’ll definitely book with them again!!! 👌👍'

'This was a last minute booking so didn't really do too much research apart from the prices. This was a great location for us needing to be close to the basketball stadium. Kitchen was very dated but was functional and clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom which had a separate lounge and a balcony. Spacious bathroom. Bonus was having a washing machine too!'
