« This place was so cute and just perfect for our needs. We wanted a convenient place to the beach for just us as a couple and this place met that need. We could easily walk to the beach in just a few minutes and could walk to a number of other places to eat or shop. I loved the balcony as sitting out and reading in the evening while listening to the waves is one of my favorite beach activities. The little kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay. « Even though the home was an older home it was in excellent condition and very clean. We had amazing views from the living room windows and spent time just sitting and enjoying the view. We had the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. The Pacific Northwest Coast is a bit cooler than we are used to, so we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. We did not use the hot tub. « The cottage was nicely remodeled inside, clean, well appointed and very conveniently located. The front door was a bit hard to open but otherwise all was well. One thing that should be noted is that though the listing said there were 2 bathrooms, there was only one. It is an easy walk to the downtown and waterfront. »
