« Great communication; the porch was so nice to relax on. Cookies in cute bags hung on our door every afternoon. Coffee/Tea bar with a special treat was great! The only thing I wish is that the mini refrigerator was bigger. But this is truly a gem to stay at! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! »

« Geoff was awesome. We didn’t have time to explore the outdoors but indoors from movie room to watching a football game in a hot tub was fantastic. Despite the two bedrooms being in separate spaces, they are a few outdoor steps from each other and easy to manage. Thanks again Geoff! »

« Dirty room , dirty sheets THAT SMELL REALLY BAD dirty blankets , roaches , no heat , very much uncomfortable DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE »

« We had a lovely stay here! The customer service was exceptional and lots of good options for breakfast. My husband got omelets both mornings that were fluffy and delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor common areas. Just 2 block walk to the beach! We hope to return! »

« It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code. »
