'The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. 'Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...

"Great hotel, though it seems a bit dated. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was also good. The only thing we missed was the lack of stairs; we personally found it less convenient to rely on the elevator. Plenty of food, drink, and shopping options are available nearby. Within a 30 minute drive you will be at the beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Lots of parking space."
