'We had a wonderful stay in this clean, quiet beachside condo. It is older but well worth the price. Thank you!'

'The view is outstanding. Can't ask for a better place to sit and watch the waves. The furnishing are not too comfortable. The bed was good and supportive. The windows that open need screens. The door lock system with the codes is finicky. Go slow inputtingthe numbers. Good convenience to local food and drink. Just need to walk a block or two.'

'You get a great location, close to everything right on the beach with great views. But old smelly apartment that has not been updated since it was built. Cooking utensils are not useable, bring your own pan. Balcony doesn’t look safe, railing on the bottom is separated from the floor. Electronic outlets in the bedroom are dead. No usb or universal outlets. I would not return.'

'Literally steps away from the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. It was a huge bonus having 2 bathrooms. Since it is on the ground floor, there was a fair amount of foot traffic right outside the door. It was unexpected.The host said there was a new king mattress, and it was really comfortable. Both of us slept very well. A very nice perk!'

'We stay at Sea Gypsy every year. The Silence of the Clams room was welcoming, cozy and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was available and the one very small kink we had was remedied immediately. We will come again, for sure!'

'Property was nice location. Living quarters were nice. Gated parking was nice. We had a wifi issue plus one evening with no power in the living room. Had to go thru bedroom to get to patio deck because door was broken and had not been fixed. Should have been 2 keys for 4 people rather than just 1. Given these issues and the cost to rent this property, I have requested a refund for at least one night. Have heard nothing from Ocean Beach Vacations.'

'Room was clean. View was great. Was missing one screen. Easy access to the beach. I forgot there was no coffee in the room, there is a coffee maker.'

'The location was very convenient. The view from our room and balcony was exactly as advertised and worth the price. The unit seemed a little dated but was very clean and well equipped. We had beautiful weather during out stay so we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view. We took advantage of the hiking nearby, loved the nearby church and we enjoyed the food at each of the restaurants we visited. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed.'

'They were doing maintenance on the property while I was there. So a lot of banging during the day was happening. I wanted 2 beds and only had one with a hide a bed. We were there 6 days. We were supplied with 1 full roll of toilet paper and a half a roll. The maintenance crew were vey nice and helpful. Had a key code to get in, called the help line . Had to wait 15 till could access the room and a maintenance man explained how to make the door open.'

'The property was exactly as listed. My 87 year old father is very critical and he was very impressed. We had a great time and the view was excellent!'

'This is a lovely clean condo with beach access and ocean views. Very clean and plenty of comfortable seating to visit and watch tv. We loved having rocker swivel recliners! The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.'

'Highly recommend. I accidentally left my breast pump cord when we left. They mailed it to me right away and were kind about it. We will come back! '
