« Le site est fabuleux ! La plage est entretenue quotidiennement par un jardinier très serviable et sympathique ! Il y a des visites de groupes de singes capucins quasi quotidiennement, et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des paresseux sur la propriété même ! Le confort est au rdv et il y a un bon resto et une épicerie à distance de marche! Les vagues sont magnifiques! La maison très confortable! »

« This is a beautiful property outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It offers excellent amenities and ample space for multiple people. The only thing I recommend is that, if you plan to cook meals while there, check the kitchen before starting. We had some items we had to improvise for, but the things in place were fantastic. »

There's delicious food and drinks within 2-3 km from the house, and you're only a 25 minute drive to La Fortuna. Owner was super responsive with questions I had. I would definitely return. »

« The property is beautiful! Our stay was perfect! We heard howler monkeys and saw macaw flying overhead. The beach that's a short walk away is breathtaking and pretty private. The town has a ton of little shops and cafés and restaurants to explore. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a little slice of paradise. »

« We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple. »

Guida and John were exceptionally kind, more than willing to share their suggestions of places to visit and making us feel immediately at home and welcome! The studio was perfect for us.
