'It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

'This hostel is located in the middle of the city of La Fortuna and is in a fair distance to most of the attractions and excursions. the managers and all who work at the facility are welcoming and super friendly. get ready for a super fun dance night and happy hour offered by the facility team. in addition, they can schedule tours for you for a cheaper rate. we had an excellent stay!'

'The view from the balcony is amazing. The dorm bed was comfortable, toilet facilities were great. Kitchen was good as well although could use new kitchen utensils/pots/pans as what was available were quite destroyed/melted. Overall great dorm!'
