Located in the charming Casa la Playa community, this classic beach home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Inside, the open floor plan connects the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen—with modern appliances, a retro buttercup yellow fridge, and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar accommodates 4 more. The living room has seating for 4 and a Smart TV for movie nights. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, while 2 additional queen bedrooms ensure everyone has their own space.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.

Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.
