  • Cette spacieuse maison de ville sur 2 étages est parfaite pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. Il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains au total. 1 chambre avec un lit king size et 1 salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne sont idéalement situés au 1er étage. Les 2 autres chambres et salle de bain complète sont au 2ème étage. Une des chambres a un lit queen tandis que l'autre a un lit queen et un lit complet! Le salon a une grande section avec beaucoup de sièges et une reine de crédence, lit en mousse à mémoire de forme. Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et manger. La piscine a une pataugeoire pour enfants et une piscine plus grande. Des fosses et des tables de BBq sont fournies autour de la piscine. Cet endroit est à seulement 3 - 5 minutes en voiture de la plage et de Schlitterbahn mais à quelques minutes à pied de certains restaurants et d’autres entreprises (juste de l’autre côté de la barrière autour de la piscine). Ceci est une unité de fin avec des fenêtres supplémentaires et 2 places de stationnement réservées et tache d'invité supplémentaire juste devant votre porte. Téléviseurs à écran plat sont dans toutes les chambres et le salon. Internet et le câble sont fournis.

Nice property with plenty of room and beds. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of bath towels. Everything was clean. Only issue was the master bedroom fan which was noisy and the smoke detector in that room was missing.

So much fun

Overall, we had a good stay. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and communicated well throughout our visit.We did encounter some issues with roaches in both the upstairs and downstairs areas of the property, including some larger ones. While this was a concern, it did not overshadow the positive interactions we had with the host.For future improvements, I would recommend adding non-slip grips or traction strips to the shower and the stairs, as both can become slippery and the stairs are fairly steep. These additions would help enhance safety for guests.Despite these concerns, we appreciated the host’s hospitality and enjoyed our stay overall.

Check-in was easy, the kitchen was full of utensils and plates etc. WiFi was accessible, and parking was right in front of the unit. Everything was as described! My family of 8 had the best time and felt comfortable in this unit! We enjoyed the pool and loved that Whitecap beach was a 3 minute drive! We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend if you have a big family like ours, this was a perfect spot!

We really liked the property, and the owners were so helpful when we needed to change dates etc. we spoke to her personally and she was warm and welcoming. We were very appreciative that we were able to make the changes needed and liked the location. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is clean but needs to be maintained better. The microwave oven was not working, did not seem to have any power going to it. We were expecting a Keurig-type coffee maker and had to run out to buy coffee grounds (not a big deal). The sofa and chairs are power recliners, but the power cables have been removed, so they don't recline. Exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom not working. Excessive dust/dirt by the AC vents, also generally dusty in other areas. Found a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter after we awoke our first morning there. (At least it was dead). We stored our food in the fridge and the non-functional microwave after that.

Nice and convenient place

Overall our stay was very good. However there was one thing that made me question the cleanliness of the location. When we first arrived to the house all of the small children took off their shoes and played with each other for about an hour. Their feet were black with dirt from running around in the floor barefoot. It made me wonder if the floors were so dirty what else was. Hopefully it was just the floor other than that everything else was nice.

Okay Beach Trip

The house was okay but we had a few issues that we wished were a bit different. Might be nitpicky but here it is. There was a spare bed but no bed sheet to fit the bed itself. Pillows with no pillowcases. The doors were hard to open and lock up. The house had a bunch of sand in it on carpets like it hadn't been dusted or cleaned out in months (we cleaned it up ourselves when we felt the sand). No hand soap in the RR, no extra TP, no paper towels. The TV's didn't work right, and at some point the TV became pixelated but my husband fixed it. Good things were the house cooled lovely, the pool was close, the trash was close, the beach was a 2 min drive, it was easy to check in and out, and we got out of there with little traffic to encounter. So not bad but not great.

This was a great property for our family stay. Great location from beach access with 5 minute drive. Splash pool was a hit as well. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely would repeat our stay again.

The place was decent but missing a few items and not the best upkeep. Beds weren't the most comfortable and TV remotes were not all working. Overall, decent stay but didn't feel like it offered value for money.

Vacay with my family

From booking our stay back in January to today July 24th being our last day this home was comfy home away from home. Randy was great with getting information about the check in/out process the week prior to our stay, as well as when we arrived we couldn't get the wifi to connect and Randy called as soon as he was free to do so and got us linked. The property was super home-y and was within a short drive to alot of local tourist attractions. The Selena museum was everything I hoped it to be, the Texas State aquarium was a blast for the whole family. Thank you Randy for an amazing stay.

Wonderful

Check in was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. Super cute decor and plenty of space for 5 adults and five kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. The water pressure was amazing. Close to everything! Randy was super responsive when I sent messages. We truly felt at home and everyone had a blast. Thank you guys so much!
