Well appointed, and the common space, kitchen and living room were perfect for our group of seven. The top deck provides a nice view of the ocean and a perfect place to watch the sun rise. Excellent and close beach access.

Great condo

The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. It was super clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Bedrooms were roomy with master bedroom humongous. Plenty of room. Large living room upstairs with plenty of sitting available and plenty of eating area too. Great view from the balcony. Pool was literally outside front door. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful Place!

The home is beautiful, but we unfortunately will not be staying here again. The upstairs bedrooms were so hot, that we were unable to get a good nights rest. It was the perfect size for our group and we loved having al of the restrooms. It is The home was so beautiful with lots of kitchen and restroom supplies. It has a well stocked kitchen and had lots of beach towels. It is very spacious and nice view from the balcony. There are steep stairs from the main floor to the bunk bed room, so if you have small kids, you may want to bring a baby gate.

Loved that the pool was literally across the driveway 25-30 feet away. Extremely quiet. Super clean and spacious. The only thing that we did not like was one of the king bed rooms literally had 3 mattresses on top of each other. It was pretty ridiculous. We had to use a chair to climb onto bed. No joke! Rooms were all super nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

This is a large townhouse. The balcony has a great unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico! Great rental but needs a little TLC in certain areas. Biggest complaint: no toilet paper in the house. Overall, we were happy.

Spacious beach view townhouse

Spacious new construction well-appointed with plenty of room for our family of 9. We especially enjoyed the 2nd floor porch with tables and comfortable chairs, especially nice for family al fresco dining in the cool breeze from the surf, in view across the street and a dune. The beach is close enough that our younger family members walked to it easily. Although the street traffic got noisier on the last evening ( it was a holiday), the house is well-insulated and no outside noise could be heard inside at all. Thank you for sharing your townhouse wirth us.

Disaster

Broken beds. Broken stair rail that we reported first day said it would be fixed but never came. No access to thermostat to control temp because owner controlled remotely. Entire complex under construction. Never mentioned in listing.

Close to beach

Property wasn't clean when we arrived, thermostat wasn't working and property manager said it was hard wired so okay. Four days in AC consensus stopped working and neighbors were up until 3 AM. Mattresses were uncomfortable, washer didn't work well. Might go back to Padre Island but not likely return

Comfortable stay

We had inconvenience when it came to the garage door panel not working. Yes they worked with us trying to get it opened but nothing worked. Next day we were brought a key which was crazy especially when we had to run around and look for it several times. Then u could only use the key for top Lock not bottom. So if someone locked bottom we were out of luck with all our stuff inside. Just for the amount we paid I wished it would have been repaired 🤦‍♀️

Great Location but poorly maintained

Great location and roomy but many maintenance issues - or just lack of instructions. Door code was 10 digits long, home was not cleaned - found Cheerios and empty water bottle in living room - on first night. No AC instructions and thermostat set to 78 degrees - so was very hot when we arrived at night and property manager could not send someone out until morning as we were unable to adjust. Even the property manager that showed up had trouble but was able to show us after he made calls to get instructions. WiFi instructions did not work, TVs in every room but only half of them worked. Stained toilets, and one in downstairs bath did not flush, smelly garage and there was no other option for parking. Other than the property management co. being very courteous and responsive - the place was a bust - would not book again.

Clean and beautiful home!

The home was very spacious for 5 adults and 2 teens. We were thankful for all the bathrooms. The deck had plenty of seating, which was a bonus! The house was clean, and there were starter laundry and dishwasher tabs, which was very helpful. The location was great, and the view was gorgeous. We loved this place! The master king bed is very soft but the other king was firm. The home sleeps 10 but there were only 7 forks, thankfully that’s how many we had. The coffee pot carafe is too small for the coffee maker and doesn’t push in the knob on the maker, but we managed to place a spoon there to make it work. Maybe a broom for guests to sweep up sand would be helpful. We especially liked the few items required before checkout, just load the dishwasher and turn out lights. We did take out our trash and pile towels though. Overall, we would 100% recommend this place, and would stay again!

Great location

Stayed here with a family group of 10. Loved the location and the porch overlooking the ocean. There are 2 masters downstairs and a "kids room" and a room with a queen upstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms and a half bath all in the perfect locations in the condo. This is a rather large condo. We used the pool several times and always had it to ourself. The pool is small but very nice and felt good after a day at the beach. The kids all went to Surf Camp at Whitecap Beach one of the days and had a great time. I wished there would have been a folder with information on restaurants, check out procedure, etc. As always, renting through Vacasa you know you are going to get a clean place. There could have been more silverware so I would recommend you bring some plastic ware. Also, there are no games there so plan on bringing your own. Had a fabulous time and loved the condo!!
