Families and groups will love this South Rockport retreat that's walking/biking/cart distance to Rockport Beach, the fairgrounds and harbor (1.4 mi), and the Arts District (.8 mi), that’s full of shops and restaurants.

Around the house, you can take in the views or enjoy the downstairs retreat with cornhole, ring & hook games, and a large entertainment area with gathering spaces, a beverage bar, and hammocks. All of this is downstairs for outdoor fun! Heading to the beach? You'll be able to freely use the on-site boogie boards and beach toys.

Enjoy cooking? The full kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and a large breakfast bar, perfect for large groups and entertaining, with a charcoal grill and deep fryer on site (please bring your own gas). 75”, 48”, and 32” smart TVs, and a 32” AV/source TV in the bunk room for gaming, an array of family (and adult) games, and a telescope too. Central AC and ceiling fans throughout will keep everyone comfortable. Plan on working while here? Find a desk in both the bunk room and the primary to assist. A 50-amp plug for your RV/EV is available if you request access ahead of time. Take advantage of the fenced yard and driveways for a secure space for the kids.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
