The Space:

Welcome to Don't Blink! You will love this amazing Pine Island home that shines with attention to detail and coastal charm. On the main level, there is a fully stocked kitchen where the chef of your family can whip up incredible meals to be enjoyed together around the dining table. The great room is flooded with Carolina sunshine and a great spot for a book or movie. Up a few steps there is a loft that has a pullout queen sofa for some extra sleeping space. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.



Downstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms: three on the mid level and the final bedroom on the ground level. There is a king bedroom with a private ensuite bath, 2 queen bedrooms (one with an ensuite bath) and a bunk bedroom that offers a queen bed and a twin. Its a variety of options that can suit families and friends of all ages!



Outside is where the fun begins. There is a beautiful private pool area, perfect for a quick dip or suntanning without ever leaving the property. The hot tub is a great way to completely relax before turning in for the night. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortable sand free for your stay, and there's parking for up to 5 standard vehicles.



The home is situated in the desirable and exclusive Pine Island community. Pine Island boasts a range of amenities including tennis, basketball, children's playground and bike trails with private roads. Two community pools are available, including a beach club with oceanside pool, bath house, baby pool and organized children's activities. Both pool areas offer access to the beach, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, umbrellas and refreshments. They are available as a comfort stop and beach access for early arrivals while waiting for your home to be available. For a small fee, guests can enjoy a week-long membership to the Pine Island Tennis and Fitness Center where lessons are also available.

*Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.*



*Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation*



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



*Pool will open May 1st and close mid October (unheated pool)*

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.
