« Very noisy HVAC »

« I booked at this hotel to visit my best friend, I am coming from out of state( Michigan) so reading that the hotel has a hot tub sold me over the other hotels in the area. When we arrived late at night the staff at that time was really friendly and did a great job giving us information. « Very very nice! Close to a walking trail. Excellent security. Was VERY quiet. Parking garage $10 a night and a bit of a walk to hotel. Also would have been quite nice to have coffee in the lobby »

« Breakfast was disappointing, this is the 1st place I've stayed at in many years that you couldn't make your own waffles. Also several places recently have had biscuits & gravy but not here. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, & breads. »

« Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...
