'Charming stay at Aloft in Franklin, TN. The hotel itself provided a welcoming, fun atmosphere with rooms that were inviting and complete with amenities. Staff members were extremely helpful. During the days a pool, weight room and outdoor patio. Evenings offered entertainment at the modern cozy lobby bar with ambient lighting, varied seating, and games. I recommend it highly!'

'My daughter had an appointment in the area so we decided to go up the night before. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were really good. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their rooms are adjoining rooms. Since it was only me and my daughter it made me a little uneasy, but nobody bothered us.'

'Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.'

'Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when...

'Evening arrival after a long drive and no one was at the front desk for a good 15 minutes. Several of us standing in line, one person even called the location phone number hoping the staff had a mobile phone on them, to no avail. She apparently was working solo with no other help and was assisting a guest. But the room was clean, breakfast was decent. Close to I-65. Pet add-on rate is too high, IMO. '

'This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. '

'The only problem i had was I wanted to know where a good place to eat was. He handed me a paper with restaurants on it but said him and noone else that worked there ate at them. So he couldn't help me out with that. It was a list of about 25 rest.'

'The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. There was noticeable hair and dust throughout, and visible buildup in and around the vents in both the bathroom and bedrooms. I’d recommend staying here only if necessary until these issues are addressed. The property is expecting renovations in the near future, so hopefully that will also bring improved cleanliness standards.'

'Nice rooms, some areas could use little fixes. Breakfast was great! Didn’t have much involvement with staff but what I did have it was fine. Hotel is back in a hole and can be diff ultrasound to find pretty excluded from main road.'
