The room had alot of things wrong with it, the black out curtains fell down when we simply tried to lower them there was a huge Crack in the marble counter top, the bed skirt was ripped, wallpaper was missing in some spots the ac units are not a window units but a standing one that is in the windows and leads to outside if anyone wanted to come into the room when we we're sleeping from the outside they could have. The ac units themselves are dirty and could used wiped off. Stain on carpet but I understand some stains can't be removed. I was provided little to no information about the property upon check in and was not informed that my room had two doors and had to figure that out on our own. 100 for incidentals and the room was already falling apart when we arrived. The snacks upon check in we're a nice added touch and the convenience of having food and entertainment on site was very nice but if you don't pay extra for a package the water park is not Included and breakfast is a extra cost. Which I had to find out on my own seeing as the information was not provided to us upon check in. Would stay here again but not in city center much rather prefer the smaller building by the lake. It's kept in better shape and much quieter.

I was unhappy that the spa bathtub in master bathroom was inoperable and the hot tub was also not able to be used because once turned on the chemical smell was so bad it caused my daughters nose to bleed, i had to stand outside in the cold air to stop the burning in my nose and chest. Not safe
