The space
This charming home was built in 1905 and the 3rd floor has been used for boarding guests for over 100 years! You’ll enjoy your stay with a kitchenette, queen bed, private bath, private entrance, futon, smart TV, snacks, and coffee bar.

Smoking is absolutely not allowed at this property. There is zero tolerance for violation of this rule. If the place smells of smoke after you leave you will be charged for additional cleaning.

As this is a "mother-in-law" apartment, there are stairs that lead down to a door to our house, which remains locked. And you will likely hear us, as we live downstairs. We make effort to keep our volume to a minimum, especially during "quiet hours." Please use earplugs provided while you sleep if you need them. If any noise prevents you from having a 5-star stay, message me! We want your getaway to be exceptional.

Guest access
You'll have the whole upstairs to yourself! Just use the key code to access the space. Keep in mind that there are two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. We will send you code for the door on the day of your visit.

Other things to note
As this is a "mother-in-law" apartment, there are stairs that lead down to a door to our house, which remains locked. Please keep this mind as the stairs could be a hazard for younger kids. *Note that child gates are NOT up to safety code for protecting children from falling down or climbing up stairs.
