"This place is a dump. Had it not been 1 am when I checked in, I would’ve immediately asked for a refund and left. Super noisy AC, loud buzzing noise in the room, green pool, dirty toilet (as in 💩 residue), clump of hair in my towel… the jacuzzi in the bedroom - what??"
