« This was the perfect spot just outside of the battery! The staff members were very kind and super helpful. My only minor complaint was we ended up with the last available room which was handicap accessible on the 1st floor(room 108, the only room on the 1st floor) and the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great but saying that, it wasn't a game changer. I'd do it again. »

« NO BREAKFAST OFFERED. WAS SUGGESTED TO GO TO THEIR RESTAURANT WHERE 2 PLATES OF PANCAKES AND A PARFAIT WERE $60! ABSURD THAT NO BREAKFAST IS OFFERED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAD A BALLROOM OPEN WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FOR A COMPANY DOING A CONFERENCE IN THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE HOTEL PEOPLE. THE LADY SITTING AT A TABLE, MONITORING THE BREAKFAST, WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR WALKING INTO THE ROOM AND ATTEMPTING TO GRAB A PLATE. WE DIDN'T KNOW BUT I STILL CAN'T...

« The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was good at the check in desk. I didn't book the spa service during the stay. The parking fees is too high for paying guest. »

« Good breakfast options. My sons and I were in the pool daily. It was warm and refreshing. We got fresh towels and housekeeping without asking. My flight was stuck on tarmac for two hours and staff was accommodating letting us check in later. »
