'A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good and had a great atmosphere.Special shout out to Ann and Claire for all their help.'

'The hotel is wonderful and also the staff is very very friendly!! One little remark, if you don’t take continental breakfast everything is 10£ more per portion… I mean, the rooms are not that cheap for Warrington, then an egg should be included in my opinion! '

'Raam kon niet open, geen airco, daardoor continue natte ramen en klamme kamer met een muffe lucht. Bubbelbad fijn maar ivm géén ventilatie slechte optie. Had 2x ontbijt geboekt maar volgens receptionist niet tot ik mijn bevestiging liet zien. Toen zei men op de 1e ochtend dat de kok was verdwenen maar kregen toen toch een enigzins aangepaste lunch gratis, 2e ochtend zelfde liedje maar konden we uiteindelijk evt. wel aan de bar of buiten op terras ontbijten ipv de ontbijtzaal.
