« I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad...
