Hôtel près de Wilderness Trails Zoo (Birch Run)

« everything was good.. thanks »

« Tres tres bien, bonne place »

« Stay there every year for Oktoberfest! »

« The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub. »

« The rooms could use some updating. They were clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly. »

« Good place »

« Bien situé pour découvrir l’adorable village à pied. Grand besoin de travaux de rafraîchissement parties communes et chambres vieillissantes. Rien à voir avec les hôtels Sprinhill aux tonalités bleu et vert anis…chambre propre, literie très confortable, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner parfait. »

« Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

« Wow, en arrivant et voyant l'état de décrépitude du motel, je ne serais jamais arrêté là pour louer une chambre. Tout aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Lit propre et confortable. Il y aurait lieu de jeter les serviettes trouées ou tachées. »

« Been to many hotels and the Garner is at the top of the list. Excellent, helpful staff (thank you Michelle), great breakfast, convenient location. The best part was our comfortable and very clean room. Even the hallways were spotless. Highly recommend this great value property. »

« The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay. »
