This place was just about perfect. Location, neighborhood, access to the beach- more than we could have asked for. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and equipped. I wanted to buy the place, we loved it so much. Cannot recommend enough.

The house is spacious with a perfect location with the beach right out the back door. The house has all the basics but does lack some nuanced amenities like a bbq grill or a patio umbrella. The hosts were responsive and the property is exactly as advertised - an incredible location for a family stay on the beach!

Family Vacation on Connecticut Shore

Spent a week with my family of 7 at this excellent property on the Clinton, Connecticut shore. Great location, right on the water with a strip of your own beach for your enjoyment. The house was stocked with plenty of towels for showers as well as the beach. AC systems in all the rooms that worked well to keep the bedrooms and downstairs comfortably cool. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal other than the food. TVs in every room with cable provided. Able to access streaming services on TVs very easily. WiFi worked well with multiple devices and supported 4 people working from the home. Location of house very convenient to 2 supermarkets, all local restaurants, ice cream, and Dunkin. Very easy to communicate with the property manager through the VRBO message board. Property manager was extremely prompt in replying. Check in and check out easy. Only things I would point out is that the 4th bedroom is a loft and has no door. There could be a couple more chairs for the dining table for parties bigger than 6. Similarly some more seating in family room would be nice for bigger parties. Also 2 of the beach chaises were rusted and broken. I also suggest to bring a couple of beach umbrellas. Otherwise, I highly recommend this house and would return again.

Birthday Celebration/Girls Getaway

We had a lovely time despite the rain on Friday. We had enough space for everyone & I loved that we had 3 bathrooms. We could have used 1 extra mirror with all of us putting makeup on to prepare for our evenings. Loved it that we could all be together in same place as opposed to being in 3 or 4 different hotel rooms. Great time. Would love to come back in the summer.

Small Wedding Ceremony

We had a small wedding ceremony of about 12 people. The house was super clean, and the beaches were super pretty. The views of the bedrooms were outstanding. Only complaint that during the stay, a bobcat machine was dropped off and put in the area that we were using for the walkway, so it was in some of the pictures and wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Other than that the communication was great, the house was spacious, tons of appliances, toiletries, above and beyond what was needed kind of things. Would recommend this place to anyone! Enough rooms/beds/bathrooms for the whole family!

Quick getaway

We loved the property and it’s location. The beach was literally outside the back door. The beach house was very clean and well equipped. It was a great place for a large family to stay. The only suggestions I would make are installing a tankless hot water heater as the hot water ran out frequently and having comforters on the beds. There was just a sheet and thin blanket on the beds. Overall, it was an amazing place and we would love to come back in the future!

Perfect stay on the beach

The home was perfect. It was just two of us and our dog but the place could easily fit 12+ There were plenty of beach towels, outdoor furniture and amenities for all. The place was very clean, spacious, and Clinton was perfect to disconnect from city life. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we’re looking for a CT vacation.
