We booked this property based on the photos and description, but upon arrival, it was clear that the listing did not accurately reflect the reality. The unit was in dingy, worn-down condition, and the surrounding area was far more questionable than expected — not a place we felt comfortable staying as a family.This was not a minor issue or something that could have been resolved on-site. The overall environment and state of the property simply did not match what was advertised. We left immediately and secured a hotel elsewhere at our own expense.We reached out for a refund, but the host declined. We feel strongly that this listing should be updated to reflect the true condition and neighborhood context, particularly so that families can make an informed decision.
