« The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person to come help. « Firehouse Inn is filled with olde world charm. Hand painted walls, claw foot chairs, Bose audio system for easy listening, TV and a fireplace in large living room. Dining area can seat multiple guests in comfort. The hospitality is amazing! Donna’s cooking skills are mouthwatering and Mary is the go to person to get you settled in. Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lounge chair with ottoman and spotless bathroom. Shower was large enough for two people 👍! Will definitely visit again. »

« Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again »

« Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! »

« Only issue I had was the coffee maker in my room did not work (I honestly didn't think to report it, I was there to attend a funeral and my mind was all over the place). I went to the breakfast area in search of coffee to find there was no coffee there either. I went to a fast food place nearby to get my morning coffee. »
