This is a private basement suite, and my family lives upstairs. We always do our best to keep noise to a minimum; however, normal household sounds may occasionally be heard.

Every home has its own natural scent, and it is completely normal to notice a different smell when entering a new place. The same applies to hotels and other accommodations, as each property has its own unique environment and character. Over time, you will usually become familiar with the natural scent of the space. If you prefer fresh air, you are welcome to open a window or door for a few minutes to help air out the suite. A different scent does not necessarily mean there is an issue with the property.

Backyard & Patio:
The backyard is a shared area and is available for use during the summer evenings. Since the private suite entrance is located through the backyard, you may see us around during the warmer months. We always respect your privacy and your space while sharing the outdoor area.
