'Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. 'Het hotel heeft alles om geweldig te zijn, goede voorzieningen, prachtige, kamers, goed ontbijt, maar wat is er met het personeel aan de hand? In de ontbijt ruimte was 2 keer een medewerker die ons beide keren geen enkel woord heeft gegund, we moesten maar raden of we thee of iets anders wilden. De receptie was iets beter, maar iets vragen (een wc-rol) werd al direct als teveel gezien. Al met al prima hotel, personeel je gast is een gast, geen lastpak!'

'Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in questa struttura; bella posizione tranquilla con possibilità di raggiungere Roma in circa 40 minuti in auto o in treno e a circa 20 minuti dal lago di Bracciano. Stanze silenziose, accoglienti e pulite. Bellissima piscina e cibo ottimo. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili come anche tutto lo staff.
