The bedrooms:

- One double bedroom with a large double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, safe, private bathroom, and wardrobe.
- Two double bedrooms with single beds, wardrobes, and AIR CONDITIONING in both.

The kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (handheld blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, and tableware. (Includes a paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), 2 three-seater sofas, a dining table for 6, and an outdoor terrace facing the pool.

The two bathrooms:
- An en-suite bathroom within the double bedroom, featuring a large shower, toilet, sink, and a large mirror.
- A second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and two vanity areas in front of a nearly 2m wide mirror.

The pool:
- Large pool. Please remember that it's mandatory for children to always be accompanied by adults.
- The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area with loungers and garden furniture.
- Ping-pong area.

The barbecue:
- It's a huge built-in barbecue located in the pool area.
- It has a large preparation area and utensils for grill enthusiasts."


THE AREA

CAP D'ARTRUTX
- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!

SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.

TOURIST TAX:

To cater to your interests, we have NOT included the TOURIST TAX in the price, which all guests visiting Menorca must pay, as the platform does not differentiate the cost according to the number of nights. In Menorca, from the eighth night onwards, you get a 50% discount. Therefore, we offer you the exact amount so that you don't have to pay a single extra euro.

It must be paid when we meet at the house to formalize the guest registration form, in cash and with the exact amount, please!
