Vind je ideale hotel in Circle Pines

'Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'I liked that although it is a dog-friendly hotel, it didn’t appear or smell like dogs were in the hotel. The staff was kind, just found that the night manager wasn’t familiar with the check in process. The breakfast included was a good thing for each morning. The only issue was that the coffee made by an employee was so concentrated and had a lot of coffee grounds in it, which made it incredibly hard to drink and enjoy.'

'The room was clean the lobby waiting area needed to be vacuum everyday that we waited on the shuttle the same crumbs were on the floor until I checked out 4 days later. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.'

'I was surprised at the good rating. You get what you pay for. The property is very outdated. We tried a couple rooms and they all had a stink to them. The bathroom walls had hair on them and the tub was very discolored. The hot tub wasn't too hot. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didn't offer much. I was grateful for the coffee. The AC worked very well and the shower offered hot water. No fridge or microwave or much counter space if traveling with more than 1 person.'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!'
