« The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Amenities were as described. Furniture in living room not as described or pictured - it was 2 single beds stacked perpendicularly, difficult to sit and watch TV. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable. Description should include narrow steep staircase to 2nd floor apartment. »

« My husband and I spent a lovely weekend at this property during a very chilly, snowy weekend in January. The studio was equipped with absolutely everything we needed, was spotless, and was beautifully decorated. Al went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, including supplying an extra space heater. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay again. »

« Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

« We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. »
