'The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. No one came to straighten up our room and get more towels on our second day. The sheets and pillows were stained and so was one of the towels. The shower was yellow and looked very unclean. Toilet is tiny and so low to the ground. The fridge was nice to have. There was also a Kleenex wedged into the peep hole of the door. No idea how long it’s been there but we didn’t want to touch it. If the room was half the price we paid then it wouldn’t be so...

'Everything was wonderful except our 2nd Dining experience at the Toasted Oak. We had a waitress that didn’t seem like she wanted to be our waitress. She came over with an indifference attitude. Gave me 1 cup of coffee and never checked if I needed a refill. Gave me a burnt English muffin. When the bill was due she decided to be polite then thinking I was going to give her an additional tip. I tipped her accordingly to her service. I did give a generous tip to the waitress that came over...
