« We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it.
