One bedroom will be locked and unavailable during your stay, but you'll enjoy exclusive use of the rest of the home and all amenities in a prime Chicago location.

The Dakin Estate places you in the heart of Wrigleyville, just minutes from Wrigley Field and one of Chicago’s most iconic entertainment districts. Beyond game days, the neighborhood stays vibrant year-round with concerts, festivals, outdoor events, and local experiences at Gallagher Way.

Wrigleyville offers a unique mix of classic Chicago traditions and modern dining. Walk to legendary game-day destinations like Murphy’s Bleachers and The Cubby Bear, or explore Clark Street’s restaurants, cocktail bars, craft breweries, elevated dining, and local favorites.

The location also offers effortless access to the rest of Chicago. The CTA Red Line is just a short walk away, connecting you directly to downtown, River North, the Magnificent Mile, and beyond.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire first-floor and lower-level flat, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and the speakeasy den/lounge.

Keyless Entry
The home is equipped with a secure keyless lock system for easy self check-in. You’ll receive one unique access code prior to arrival, which will remain active for the duration of your stay.

We also offer two twin rollaway beds upon request, making the home ideal for larger families or groups.

Bedroom 1 – The Master King Suite
An “Urban Luxe” retreat with a king bed, premium linens, and bay windows that flood the room with natural light. Includes a dedicated office/vanity nook with a mid-century desk and chair, functioning as both a productive workspace and a private getting-ready station.

Lower Level: The Speakeasy Den
A moody, entertainment-driven lower level designed for late-night gathering and relaxation.

Bedroom 2 – The Garden Queen
A quiet, Art Deco-inspired sanctuary with a queen bed located just off the Speakeasy Den, offering close access to the lounge while maintaining privacy.

Bedroom 3 – The Hidden Queen
A secluded queen bedroom positioned next to the lower-level bathroom. Includes a dedicated office/vanity setup, creating a hotel-style private suite feel with immediate access to the entertainment space.

Across both levels, the home is designed to balance social energy with private retreat—ideal for groups who want to gather, work, and unwind in one cohesive space.

For those preferring to stay local, the celebrated dining of Wrigleyville and Boystown/North Halsted is entirely walkable.

General Rules

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas. Violations will result in a $500 fine.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate cancellation and fines of up to $750.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Three verified noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $300 fine.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM may be available with approval and rush cleaning fee.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs require prior approval; unapproved late check-outs may incur a full-night charge.

Damage & Maintenance

Please report any cleaning concerns, damages, or issues within 24 hours of arrival. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly. Failure to report may result in fees if damages are later found."
