The property is spacious and in a great location. Beautiful crown molding, super high ceilings, comfy beds, lots of space for a group. Easy to find and the host was responsive too. The included parking spot is tight, but lots of nearby street parking was available. Great find for a girls weekend!

This place was beyond our expectations, super clean and super roomy. I actually appreciated the quantity of garbage cans which is kind of silly but for as large as the place was it was the perfect amount. Easily walkable to everything especially Wrigley. Thanks for being a great host would highly recommend and will stay again

Everything regarding the property was correct. A lot of room for our party of 8 both for sleeping and bath. However, we really just slept there due to flight cancelations. I understand Will's policy however, he wouldnt be able to find another tenant for the night when the cancelation was at 11pm.The property definitely is within walking distance to restaurants and mini marts.

Clean, comfortable, spacious property in a great location! Easy access to restaurants, attractions and Lakeshore Drive, but on a very quiet street. Lots of space and storage in the apartment. We appreciated that coffee was provided for our stay. There were large TVs in every room with the ability to watch anything through either streaming or YouTube TV. There were plenty of pillows, towels and linens. Communication with the host was great- very responsive. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely stay again!

The place is very spacious, we really enjoyed some of the unique features you don't often see. For example he keeps a community fridge that guests from before leave behind drinks for others to enjoy. Got to try a few beers we don't normally have for example. The bunk beds are much bigger than the pictures appear, plenty of room. Host communicated great. Would stay here again no question.

Extremely comfortable and tasteful furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation for our group of five. The host was very responsive before, during, and after our stay.

Great week with family!

This property was very clean and spacious and is in such a great location! My family had a great time and we weren’t on top of each other….and Will was a wonderful host! We will be definitely coming again for our annual family reunion!

Grest location with lake, grocery, restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen. Host very easy to reach and quick to answer questions. Looking forward to staying again!
