« Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me. »

« The room was clean and they did give us new towels even on days they didn't do full cleaning services, which I appreciate. We were given a handicap room and the shower was a little run down and off color. No conditioner or lotion bottles, only a bar soap, with no holder for the soap, and a shampoo bottle.
