The home is accessible via a keyless front door entry with an access code.

Chattanooga is a wonderful neighborhood for walking, riding bikes, parks, restaurants and more! Explore all the local businesses that Chattanooga’s Southside neighborhood has to offer, visit historic St. Elmo or enjoy the many tourist attractions on famous Lookout Mountain! Our home is a quick 5-10 minute drive from these neighborhoods



Great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, and other local events!



Getting Around:

-Walkable location. Many Ubers and Lyfts available. City bike rental also available nearby.

*No loud indoor/ outdoor music after 10 PM or before 9 AM – $100 fine

*Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9AM*



*No unauthorized guests – $500 fine per guest



*No fireworks/firearms – $2,000 fine + immediate eviction



*No glitter or confetti – $100 fine



*No street parking – $100 fine (Park in the driveway only)
