Gorgeous Large Main Home ON the TN River!

This home sitting on the Tennessee River is a dream! Located 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, our Upper & Lower Cove home offers a tranquil and idyllic getaway with the novelty and comfort of staying in a large home that can fit the whole family. Our property has 2 kayaks, a canoe and a fire pit that you can use during your stay on the Tennessee River! Take advantage of the dock on the property and enjoy the expansive 180 degree views of the Tennessee River and the mountains beyond!

**Please note: The guest house on the property is also a vacation rental. It has its own private entrance and you will not be able to access the guest home from the inside. The guest home has it's own fire pit but the dock, waterfront, canoe, and kayaks are all a SHARED space on the property.

Layout of Home:
When entering our Upper Cove home, you are instantly met with beautiful views of the water and a large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a large dinning room table that sits 10 people. There are 2 kitchens in this home, one upstairs and one downstairs in the basement level, that are fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, bakeware, and plate-ware and include a crockpot, blender, coffee maker and toaster as well. On the main level there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a large master bathroom with a standing shower and a jacuzzi tub! Upstairs there is large bedroom with 4 twin beds (these 4 twin beds can also be pushed together to create 2 king bed if you'd like to that) and across the hall is a full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed. Head downstairs to the basement unit and there another open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen as well as another full bathroom. The bedroom has a large king bed and the common space in near the living room has a queen bed. The most exciting part is the game room that is located in the basement unit just past the laundry and supply room!

There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in both living rooms as well as high speed wireless internet throughout the home! There is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, we have a Netflix account associated with the property. You will need to log into your own accounts on Prime, HBO, Youtube, etc.

Family Friendly:
The Upper & Lower Cove home is very family friendly and provides 2 cribs, 2 booster seats, first aid supplies, and child safe dish-ware in the kitchens. There is grill and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views on the back deck and patios.

If you have a boat, you are welcome to tie your boat off at the dock during your stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!

Parking: Max amount of vehicles is 5.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
