The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only the next morning, but another clerk either failed to tell housekeeping or something b/c I had to go to the desk to get them that next evening. The parking lot is very "tight" and it can make it difficult to get in and out of the parking in the mornings when it is full. Please commend Ryan and the young lady at the breakfast (I did not get her name) as they stood out in their service to us. We would definitely stay there again.
