« Personnel attentionné »

« Clim inopérante fuite d'eau plafond entrée »

« Très bon hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et propre. Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Le restaurant est excellent. »

« We checked in very late after midnight as our plane was late. The bathroom we were given smelt very badly. When we mentioned this serious problem to reception in the morning, he said we should have told reception that evening. However, the hotel would have known about this problem and given us another room initially. Also, we were exhausted. We have another booking in a fortnight and are not looking forward to our return stay. The room is very very small. My advice is to choose another hotel. »
