This property was not safe at all. There were people living at the motel. Lots of trash. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and pot. Never will I stay at a Quality Inn.

No water when we checked in at 11:30pm, no discount or bottled water offered. Manager said it was the cities problem since they didn’t notify the hotel before. Two nights later, no hot water! Manager recently apologized via email, but no refund! This is a poorly managed property.

Upon reaching the property, the location was filled with those who were on substance abuse standing around begging. We entered, and the receptionist, Sunitha, spoke rudely. When we got there, we were told by the receptionist to pay an additional fee for a security deposit. We did and were given the room key. When we entered the room, it reeked of foul order, and the white sheets had brown stains all over. The pillows were overused, stained, and very dirty. The halls leading to the room were dirty, with trash everywhere. We returned and informed the receptionist of the situation and how we could not sleep in such an environment. She responded that her rooms get booked each night, so if we don't like it, we can leave. Mind you, her voice towards us since we got there has been nasty and demeaning. We asked for a refund, and she said we booked off Expedia; they had to refund us, but she would refund the security deposit. Upon calling Expedia for a refund, I was told by a manager and a call center rep that they could not help me cause the receptionist refused to refund me. So I never got to stay in the hotel, and I never got my money refunded. The only thing Expedia could offer me was a 10-dollar cashchain telling me they were sorry for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed in their service and will never use them again. And I will most certainly never book a hotel at this location again

The location of where I needed to be was convenient. Idk if it was because of the holidays, it seemed particularly quiet, which was good. The employees were very helpful.

The sheets and towels were stained, the bathroom sink drain was broken and it didnt drain and the shower had a large hairball on top of the drain. The staff just said ok when i told them about it.

upon checking in, the customer service representative was rude and wouldn't let us in the lobby, so it was hard to hear and communicate. The outside of the hotel is trashy and dirty. My room was nothing special. The toilet was loose and the bathroom door wouldn't close. We didn't get to experience the breakfast or the gym so not sure how that was. I would definitely not return.

Well to be honest the inside of the room was not bad, however the floor was not swept nor was it cleaned. We spilled a small cup of water and I have photos of the towel we used to wipe up 1/2 cup of water, also it had an old (used) towel from someones previous stay still hanging on back of the bathroom door. The outside of this place is bad… Sketchy patrons hanging outside their rooms, several times someone has went running past our room and when we came back after going to dinner, someone actually has a home grill out by their room cooking.. Don’t feel safe and will not be back, I deserve a refund actually

Not the best but not the worst
Quick over night stay for a concert, wasn’t expecting a luxury stay but was mostly disappointed. The front lobby was very misleading. It was clean bright and updated, the room was dingy, and run down. The toilet wasn’t stable so it wobbled when you sat. There was a cricket in the shower when I went to get in the the bed frame was so noisy!
