« I was visiting the isalnd as my daughter was starting Vet School at Ross University. This was a lovely condo in Frigate Bay that is fantastic condition. It's close to the beach and numerous restaurants (go to Coconut Grove Cafe btw), a coffee shop and grocery stores. Best thing about this experience was the host - responds promptly, very helpful about the property and the island in general, and seems to really care about her guests and their stay in St Kitts. I would highly recommend this...

« We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. Would stay here again. »

« We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served. »

« This property was perfect for our needs. It had all the facilities and household goods required to make our stay very comfortable. The pool is wonderful for a dip in the morning and as i like flowers the surrounding gardens were a joy to look at. « What an amazing place to stay. The cottage is located in very well maintained grounds/gardens. The view of the sea and Nevis peak is unrivalled. The pool was very clean and benefited from sun beds. Prior to arrival host was insistent on communicating through whatsapp which we did not have access to right away. « We loved Marva’a house. If we are back in Nevis, will definitely stay there again. The house is spacious and very comfortable. One of three bedrooms does not have an AC unit, but has two fans including a ceiling fan. The property is big and very well maintained. There are several fruit trees including at least two types of mangoes. Since we were visiting at the end of May, we got to taste the mangoes and had them for breakfast every morning. Marva helped us to get a rental car, which is a must...
