Located in the family friendly area known as the South Hills. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee. Just over a mile from downtown Charleston, WV. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home decorated with modern and classic pieces is sure to be a comfortable home for both families and business travelers.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was the perfect mix of Grandma cottage and modern. Which is a favorite of mine!! The kids loved the different tea k cups available. It was easily accessible and, located near multiple restaurants and shopping centers, bathrooms were fully stocked with extras. Thank you for making the wrestling weekend much easier for my family.

This is a perfect place and the owners don’t skimp out on comfort. Beds are fantastic. Comfy couches. Excellent location. The only recommendation is I would state the fence isn’t a closed in one. We picked this house because of the fence and we have a dog. Will come back though because the house is that great we will walk the dog in the morning.

The host was very informative and accommodating, considering the circumstances, winter storm of 2026. As soon as we entered, we were all pleasantly surprised by how charming, welcoming, and warm the home, decor, amenities made us all feel. Although we wished we had more time to explore the quaint area near the home, it offered many interesting restaurants, boutiques, stores to explore. If the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely return to the South Hills Charmer.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Meticulously restored and maintained. Furnishings were lovely. Well supplied with paper products, coffee/tea, full kitchen etc. communication was excellent including recommended dining places in walking distance and close to downtown Charleston. Perfect Spot

We came in for my daughters White Coat Ceremony at the PA college. We stayed at the home with my parents. The home is beautiful, in a great, safe neighborhood, and well stocked with everything you need. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

First B&B experience

We visit Charleston frequently and usually book a hotel. After initial hesitation (negative reviews of B&B experience) we decided to take a chance on a rental. This particular rental's reviews are precise. This is ideal for a family, so many thoughtful amenities are provided and constant communication from the property owners. What a great historic home! It is exactly as listed, comfortable, and walking distance to Bridge St with cute stores and restaurants. The house is exactly as described in the listing and even more. The hosts are very communicative and welcoming!

Absolutely perfect and oh so charming!

We had an amazing stay in the south hills charmer, we stayed 3 nights and it was as comfortable as it was charming! The cozy living room was perfect for family time and great memories. The area of town was great, a quick to walk to pizza, gelato and coffee. We also loved the museum and the capitol market.
