    Gelegen op Governor's Drive in Vanderhorst Plantation tussen The Sanctuary Hotel en recreatieve aanbiedingen op East Beach en de beroemde Ocean Course, is dit pas gerenoveerde zes slaapkamers, zes badkamers, 3.740 vierkante meter huis gelegen tussen prachtige live eiken en torenhoge palmen op een grote hoek homesite. Het goed onderhouden landschap verbetert de uitnodigende veranda aan de voorkant en de ceder-dakspaan buitenkant van het huis, dat een traditionele zuidelijke stijl gevel heeft. Uitzicht op de accommodatie strekt zich uit over de lagune wateren tot de 5e fairway van de Osprey Point Course - een perfecte Kiawah Island en Lowcountry setting.

    Prachtig nieuw interieur meubilair geven dit huis een licht, luchtig en kustgevoel.

    De traditionele plattegrond omvat een mooie formele eetkamer en een aparte woonkamer met ingebouwde planken, ingebouwde verlichting, een open haard en drie sets glazen deuren die een helder daglicht binnen laten stromen. Twee extra glazen schuifdeuren, op maat gemaakte houten kasten en een middelste eiland vormen de speerpunten van de keuken.

    De woonruimtes strekken zich uit tot aan de grote afgeschermde veranda en het nieuwe Garapa-terras met uitzicht op de kalme wateren van de lagune. Weelderige bomen en gebladerte zorgen voor een vredig en privé buitengedeelte.

    De ruime master suite beschikt over een open haard en glazen schuifdeuren naar een eigen balkon, meerdere kasten en een badkamer met dubbele wastafels met granieten aanrecht en tegelvloeren. Een logeerkamer op de eerste verdieping heeft ook een aantal glazen deuren die daglicht binnenlaten en toegang bieden tot de buitenruimtes.

    Boven, de tweede verdieping beschikt over een verbouwde ruimte met gewelfde plafonds, een slaapkamer met een ligbad plus twee comfortabele en rustige zitkamers, waarvan een is bekleed in cipres en biedt een rustige afgelegen ruimte met een op maat decoratief rond raam met uitzicht op de lagune door de bomen.

Great property! House is lovely, super clean and very well outfitted for a rental. We had so much fun. View is relaxing, pool is lovely, and bike ride is less than ten minutes to beach. Quick car ride to all of the courses in the island. All around great stay :)

Serene, Clean, Spacious, Well-Stocked Kitchen

We extended our stay at this lovely home that includes a screened back porch situated next to a small, wooded area which leads to a pond and in the near distance, a golf course. The porch extends across the back of the house so multiple guests can take advantage of the view. Kiawah has a few restaurant options, but if you're staying for more than a few days, you'll likely want to cook at home. This kitchen makes that easy because it is well-stocked with cooking and baking tools (not always the case in rentals). The main sitting area in the house had multiple, comfortable seating options. I'd stay here again.

AMAZING Property

Not sure there are enough words to express how special this home AND location are. The home is STUNNING. The space for everyone is fantastic. The screened in porch was wonderful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and more! The beds were very comfortable. If you are debating heating the pool, just do it. It is VERY cold, if left unheated, as it is shaded. Some may love that, but it wasn’t extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was definitely too cold for our group. The bike rental and bike rides to the beach were so pleasant and fun. Renting chairs and umbrellas to be delivered to the beach is definitely the way to go! This was the best trip our family has ever taken, and a huge part of that was how incredible this location was.

Great house and loved our stay

We had a great time at the property. Even though we preferred to be closer to beach we found a short cut that made it easy. The house is pretty and well decorated. At first was a little dissatisfied there were not more tvs in the house but then quickly forgot about it. Actually gave us more quiet time. View of lagoon was pretty. Liked having a pool. Being on Governors a busy street was totally fine. Loved it.

Spectacular Home

The upstairs has two full bathrooms and a living room area for kids to have their own space. The downstairs bedrooms all have bathrooms that are updated and they are separate from the master bedroom. The outdoor area is spacious and the plunge pool is great for cooling off. Great views and location on the island as well. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire house is decorated and clean. ESPM is a great company to rent thru. We definitely will rent this home again. The driveway is also great for multiple vehicles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our extended time in this home! The layout is great with four bedrooms and attaching baths all on the first floor! Also, the kitchen was very well stocked and it was furnished well. Just beautiful. Our suggestions to make the rental experience go from good to great would be for the owners to grant access to the garage, for there to be TVs in the bedrooms (there were none), and for access to the smart TV in the living room. There are a lot of trees surrounding the property, and debris feel often. Our cars were a constant mess and we had to physically move our bikes from the driveway up and around the home into the screened porch area any time it was going to rain. It was very frustrating not to be able to easily move things into a garage. Also, the main TV is restricted with a PIN required so we couldn't download apps for the children to use our personal accounts. This wasn't helpful on rain days or for family movie nights. Also, please be aware that the home is on a very busy street. Cars fly by often. If you have small children like we do, please plan on being outside with them at all times. Overall, we would stay again if there was garage access!

Fun Family Trip

This was a perfect last minute get away before the kids return to school. The house had the perfect amount of space and a wonderful kitchen/family room area for everyone to come together. We did have a small problem with ants in hat we had to wait a day to get taken care of, but the gentleman came (and was super nice) and swiftly got the problem resolved.
