« When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C. »

« This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. « I was totally impressed. I got in way early. I had to get another day added they charged me same price that I booked at. So helpful I was there during the contra virus they shut down the gym for our protection provided masks checked temps of everyone coming in. Breakfast Buffett was great people awesome chef checked on people all the time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. I will be staying there my next trip to Liuzhou. »
