'Pre disappointed w the room; walls had a lot of scuffs, stains on the carpet, tears in the curtains. After the cleaning, empty toilet rolls (which weren’t empty when we left the room) were left in the sink; don’t mind if staff used the bathroom but clean up after yourselves? Food tray from room service was left outside of door (as per request of every hotel I’ve ever stayed at) and the tray was still there 36hrs after we finished eating. 'The rooms are spacious but could do with a bit of maintenance. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.'

'Absolutely hassle free stay. We had a kitchenette room. No problems with anything. Comfy bed. Instant hot water, beautiful soft towels. Can't fault it. Infact we stopped again on our way home.'
