'We spent one night here for a Back to the Future themed event. We saw the musical and then attended Fan Expo. My brother was comfortable on the sofa bed and my husband & I really enjoyed the bedroom. The sliding doors are a great design. I found the bedsheets to be super soft. We had an Uber to the theatre on Younge Street. (To me it will ALWAYS be the Pantages) and had dinner near there, but the next day we walked for a total of 3 minutes for a great brunch and then back to the convention...

"Op de tweede dag van ons verblijf heeft de hotel waterstoring gekregen. Ze gingen niet direct voor ons een andere verblijf regelen. Op de derde dag heeft de hotel voor een nacht bij een andere hotel een verblijf geregeld. Er was 0 communicatie en informatie vanuit de personeel. Uiteindelijk zijn we op de vierde dag verplaatst naar een andere hotel. De hotel reageert totaal niet op de berichten. Ze hebben een grote bedgrag van mijn bank afgeschreven, maar ze reageeren niet op mijn bericht. Het is totaal niet professioneel hoe ze omgaan met gasten. Binnen 11 nachten zijn we bij drie verschillende hotels beland. "
