'The Chair in the living room was too small and insufficient towels'

'This is an absolutely excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient with many special extra touches (toothbrushes, toiletries you may have forgotten). Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. I can't say enough.'

'Customer support was non-responsive. WIFI did not work during my whole stay, when I called them to fix it they said they would come by to fix, but did not and when I followed up, they did not answer. Key fob to get into the building did not work and when i tried the code they provided, no one answered. So I had to try calling them a few times before they let me in the building. The fridge had a really funky smell. Thankfully, I stayed for work so it was only for 2 nights and I didn’t pay out...
