'We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.'

'Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.'

'This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.'

'The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. The coffee is NASTY. It tasted like old curry. I don’t recommend this Quality inn. For the price, it could have been...

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'
