'It's sad to see this hotel take a nose dive in such a short time. We checked in on Friday July 3 and checked out July 5, 2026. When we went to the room we immediately noticed the latch was coming out of the door. The regular lock worked. So we didn't think much of it. The next morning we were awakened by a dog next door that barked for two hours straight. The girl at the front desk apologized but offered no resolution. The major issue my daughter and I had was the drug activity taking place at all hours of the day, but especially at night…right outside our room (212). Men hanging around outside our room engaging in illegal drug activity, playing loud music, barely dressed women walking around the parking lots and hotel walkways at all hours being vulgar and loud. We arrived late and were greeted by a modern touch-screen check-in system. 'Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff.'

'If the room (#204) had been spotless I could overlook how run down it was. The sheets had to be changed due to them being stained. I didn’t use the blankets because they were also stained. The lamps were caked with grime and the room smelled like old cigarettes and chemicals. The sink faucet sprayed out in four separate ways due to it likely being completely clogged.
