'De staf is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en schoon maar het grootste euvel is dat het bijna onmogelijk is om te douchen. Ze zijn kokend heet en niet te regelen. Zelfs een koude douche is onmogelijk omdat er dan slechts druppels uit de kraan komen. Meer reizigers hebben hier tijdens verblijf over geklaagd maar probleem werd niet opgelost.'

'Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive.
