'I was not allowed to stay with QubeStay as the front office told, they cannot find my confirmed booking ref. via Hotels.com. But they politely behaved and provided another room in nearby property (Arma Residency) which was not OK. After staying the first night, I found out that we were not provided the right room as per our reservation through Hotels.com.
